Interim Finance Manager

For a regional division and production facility of a global publicly listed company in Sønderborg we are seeking an Interim Finance Manager for a minimum of 8 months until a permanent solution is established. Start date: as soon as possible.
In addition to managing 4 local finance employees you will be responsible for reporting to the parent company abroad and handling financial controlling for the Danish entity.
Besides the Danish headquarters and production site in Sønderborg the company has production at one additional location in Denmark.
Your responsibilities will include among others:
- Managing the finance function in Denmark
- Overseeing local (Danish) financial controlling
- Handling monthly reporting and assisting with the consolidation of the two Danish entities in relation to the parent company
- Managing reporting to various Danish authorities
- Serving as the Danish go-to contact and sparring partner for the global rollout of a new ERP system (D365 FO)
- Various ad hoc tasks
- You have management experience
- You are accustomed to working within and reporting to a global (publicly listed) group
- You have a strong business acumen and a commercial mindset
- You have experience with both financial and business controlling
- You have a solid understanding of financial processes accounting principles and reporting tools
- You are a strong communicator and collaborator who can build trusting relationships across the organization
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO is a significant advantage
- English at a professional/negotiation level
