We are seekinga passionate HR Business Partner to join our growing team and support our continued this role you will work across the full HR value chain and play a key part in shaping a this role you will be hands-on and focus on execution whilemaintaininga strategic perspective.

You will be joining the Global Human Resources team and report directly to Louise Thorninger Head of HR Europe and International based in Hellerup. The position is also based in Hellerup.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Covering the full HR value chain including performance management compensation and benefits employee retention coaching/development conflict management and ad hoc projects as needed.
• Partnering closely with the business exerting your influence to create positive change and proactively mitigate and resolve issues.
• Supporting organizational development in a fast-scaling environment.

Qualifications and Skills

You hold a relevant academic degree and have 10 years of experience with HR Business Partnering.

Furthermoreyouhave:

• Experience working in a lean matrixed organization in the pharma industry.
• Provenexperience contributing to organizational growth from R&D through commercialization.
• A hands-on team-oriented approach willing to jump in wherever needed whilemaintaininga strategic perspective.
• Experience building strong partnerships across functions and levels.

You area strong teamplayer with an analytical mindset and a can-do possess an entrepreneurial mindset and have the ability to work and thrive in an informal innovative and rapidly evolvingenvironment.

To succeed in this role it is essential that:

• You are highly collaborative proactive and adaptable.
• You have hands-on experience with a company growing from early R&D through commercialization.

Travel: 10-20 daysper year.
