Inviting applications for the role of Manager Lean Digital Transformation (Project Manager)
Project manager in Genpact responsible for balancing and executing high impact digital transformation projects that seek for the business problems/opportunities for key customer(s). Should have basic knowledge of digital tools such as Robotics Process Automation NLP Machine Learning IOT and ability to assess automation potential of processes and business case development
The role would be responsible for the effective delivery of the key transformation projects for the clients with a distinctive focus on deploying digital technologies by working with cross-functional global teams to favorably impact to the business outcomes of the customer.
Given the nature of the role and distribution of the teams the role may require travel and flexibility. This provides an opportunity to work in cross-functional environment where soft skills come to the fore more often gives exposure to senior partners internal and external.
Key Responsibilities
Build a roadmap for driving LDT and process improvement for the clients core and enterprise operations
Program management: Involving cross-functional teams and multiple project leads for timely delivery of results
Lead and Implement any digital solution or Lean Six Sigma leads approach for new / existing clients work on any other Insurance analytics efficiency / process improvement initiatives that may come up
Take complete ownership of reporting and governance across the projects (lean and digital) and other initiatives
Apply project management skills to solve for complex problems identify and tag risks stakeholder management track timelines actions risks and drive projects to successful closures in alignment with clients transformation roadmap.
Skill Set
Experience / know-how of Digital technologies in handling and driving innovation transformation projects along with change management with internal & external partners
Quantitative and problem solving ability ability to conceptualize complex problems and develop a Digital road map
Ability to challenge status quo & out of the box thinking
Ability to coach & mentor people effectively influence & motivate others.
Delivers oral and written communications that have clarity and impact.
Establishes a team environment of accountability and dedication for reaching project goals.
Should be open to traveling to multiple client locations up to 3 months duration for short term or 12 months for long term assignments
Ability to work in teams with varied strengths and with multiple partners
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
MBA / B. Tech/ MCA
Solution design consulting experience or IT domain consulting experience
Proven track record of driving transformation in client operations
At least one full lifecycle implementation experience of digital platforms such as Robotics or AI led enterprise platforms
Confirmed client / stakeholder management and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Judgement personal efficiency team balancing
Competence in balancing Change Management
Confirmed proficiency in navigating through structured as well as unstructured client business settings
