WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Students of the last years of studies or University graduates with bachelors or masters degree up to 12months after graduation with Logistics Economics Management Marketing and Management or other technical profiles

• Preferably candidates available for 30 hours a week

• Candidates with a proficient level of both written andspoken English.

• Computer users comfortable usingMS Office. StrongMS Excel skillsare a must.Familiarity with SAP Power BI Microsoft Copilot and Chat GPT is an asset.

• With strong analytical and problem-solving skills a quick learner with good interpersonaland communication skills

• Organized individuals who can prioritize responsibilities and be attentive to details able to thrive in a dynamic environment

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

• In this position you will earn no less than PLN 34 gross per hour
• Paid internship for a duration of up to 12 months

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US:

• Responsible for managing order processes for a specific market.

• Handle and ensure theaccuracyandtimelinessof key documents (invoice packing list SWB AWB BL).

• Perform tasks related to basic logistics including various shipment modes (road sea air).

• Prepare and analyze reports related toorder managementand financialreconciliation.
