Job Responsibilities:
- Generate sales leads through outbound calls networking and social media.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to maximize sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and share insights.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A self-motivated and target-oriented individual.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience preferably in the software or recruitment industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics is a plus.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and challenges.
