This role is essential in developing and refining foundational HR processes that support the companys continued growth.As FIS expands the HR Manager will play a key part in intentionally shaping the HR function. This includes establishing clear processes and fostering a strong positive employee experience throughout the organization.What Youll Focus On First- Build and document a repeatable onboarding
- Create practical employee guides (time expenses benefits etc.)
- Reduce inbound employee questions through better processes
- Own benefits administration including health insurance
- Learn and stabilize a newly implemented construction HR/payroll system
Key Responsibilities- Own onboarding orientation employee records and HR documentation
- Serve as primary HR contact for field and office employees
- Administer benefits workers compensation and leave programs
- Support payroll accuracy with union rules and multi-state compliance
- Partner with leadership on policies and employee handbook
What Were Looking For- 5 years HR experience in construction or industrial environments
- Hands-on union workforce experience
- Multi-state employment law knowledge
- Confident communicator
- Builder mindset
Compensation & Benefits- $80000$115000 base salary
- Bonus eligibility
