Job Overview

Exotic Escapes (Pick Your Trail) is seeking an experienced Team Lead from the travel industry to manage and guide a team handling travel planning customer queries and bookings. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills hands-on experience in travel sales or operations and the ability to drive team performance while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Lead mentor and manage a team of travel consultants.
Monitor daily team performance and ensure sales/service targets are achieved.
Assist team members with complex travel itineraries bookings and customer queries.
Ensure smooth coordination with suppliers hotels airlines and travel partners.
Handle escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Train and develop team members on travel products destinations and sales techniques.
Maintain accurate records of bookings reports and operational metrics.
Implement strategies to improve team productivity and revenue generation.

Key Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in the travel industry (Mandatory).
Prior experience as Team Lead / Senior Travel Consultant / Supervisor preferred.
Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel packages itineraries and bookings.
Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and a fast-paced environment.
Target-driven with a strong focus on team performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates currently working in travel agencies tour operators or travel companies.
Strong team management and customer handling skills.
