Job Summary

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Office Manager & Customer Experience Lead to be a key part of our team. This fast-paced high-impact role supports our sales team executive leadership and customers. The ideal candidate is highly organized proactive and eager to learn across multiple areas of our business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries via email professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate and send product samples and marketing materials to regional sales representatives and customers.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to track factory orders and shipped items.
  • Assist with order processing and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Generate sales and operational reports for executive review.
  • Handle incoming customer service calls and provide the highest level of support.
  • Maintain organized records of inquiries orders and client communications.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience sales customer service or a related field preferred.
  • 1 3 years of experience in office management customer service or operations (luxury/home d cor/appliance/bathroom or kitchen product experience a plus).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proactive self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using the Microsoft product suite including Outlook Excel Word and Teams.
  • Experience using CRM systems as a primary tool.
  • Passion and interest in design and home d cor are a plus.
