Job Summary
Specialized manufacturer known for taking precision components from concept to completion is seeking a FOURSLIDE OPERATIONS LEAD.
This is a unique player/coach role perfect for a technical expert who enjoys the production floor. Youll coordinate the production schedule and be hands on with the technical mastery of progressive die and fourslide machinery.
You will supervise Maintenance perform set ups for press and fourslide machinery to produce parts perform quality inspections troubleshoot machine issues and oversee raw material reloading and scrap management.
If you know metal forming and want to lead a team while staying close to the craft this may be a perfect fit for you.
Requirements
Experience in metal forming specifically in progressive die and fourslide processes.
Ability to use calipers micrometers depth/thread/pin gages.
Proficiency in blueprint reading and GD&T.
Troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
Basic math skills.
Forklift license.
Comfortable with repetitive use of hand tools.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
