Job Summary

Title : Senior OCM Consultant

Location : Austin TX (Hybrid)

Duration : Long-term Contract

This role is a senior-level execution-focused Organizational Change Management (OCM) consultant. This person will provide continuity from change planning through hands-on implementation oversight and is expected to operate independently alongside other team members across all critical path initiatives ensuring effective adoption stakeholder alignment and sustained outcomes.

Required Experience:

8 years leading OCM workstream on large multi-workstream programs
Public sector transformation experience (state preferred)
OCM Experience from planning through implementation oversight
Prior OCM Lead on efforts with delivery accountability

Required Capabilities:

Working on communications and messaging across multiple projects in parallel
Stakeholder analysis and engagement at enterprise scale
Change impact assessments tied to future-state processes
OCM (Communications Engagement Sponsorship Training) strategy execution aligned to program/project roadmaps
Committee and workgroup support
Executive-ready updates and materials
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

Preferred/Nice to Have:

PROSCI certification
PMP or project-management-adjacent certification
