We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of Lectra PLM for a fast-growing apparel and retail organization. The role requires a hands-on leader who can drive program governance manage cross-functional stakeholders and ensure successful delivery of a modern PLM platform. Ideal candidates will have strong experience in PLM implementations within the fashion/apparel industry and enterprise program leadership.
The PM will partner closely with Architecture Product Development Design Merchandising Sourcing Supply Chain and IT. Program sponsors include senior leadership across Product and Technology. Primary tools and systems include Lectra PLM ecosystems AWS ERP solutions and integrations into merchandising and sourcing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end management of a multi-phase Lectra PLM implementation.
- Own program governance including scope schedule RAID management and change control.
- Drive day-to-day coordination across product teams design sourcing supply chain IT and vendors.
- Partner with functional leaders to map processes and define future-state workflows.
- Oversee integrations between PLM ERP eCommerce data platforms and supply chain applications.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
- Coordinate data migration UAT training and user readiness.
- Manage collaboration with Lectra and systems integration partners.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years leading PLM implementations.
- 7-10 years total project or program management experience in enterprise technology.
- Experience in apparel consumer products or retail environments.
- Strong understanding of product development workflows.
- Expertise in RAID management and Agile/Hybrid methodologies.
- Excellent communication facilitation and leadership skills.
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Beverly Hills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Lectra Fashion PLM or similar platforms.
- Background with ERP merchandising and supply chain systems.
- Knowledge of CAD digital product creation and material libraries.
- PMP Agile or Prosci certifications.
- Experience in fast-paced vertically integrated consumer brands.
Success Measures:
- On-time on-budget PLM implementation.
- High adoption across product design sourcing and production teams.
- Improved time-to-market and data accuracy.
- Stable integrations and reliable data flows to ERP eCommerce and analytics systems.
- Reduced manual work and improved cross-team visibility.
