Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical
Program Manager to play a pivotal role in driving our AI enablement
initiatives specifically focusing on streamlining documentation
processes and ensuring continuity of critical information. This role
will be instrumental in leveraging the power of Large Language
Models (LLMs) and other AI tools to enhance our knowledge
management systems and accelerate project delivery. The ideal
candidate will possess a strong technical background proven
program management skills and a passion for innovation.
Responsibilities:
Program Management: Lead and manage technical programs
focused on AI-driven documentation frameworks and
knowledge repository optimization.
AI Tool Integration: Champion the adoption and effective
utilization of LLMs and other AI tools to automate and improve
documentation generation organization and accessibility.
Work closely with development and engineering teams to
define requirements and integrate these tools into existing
workflows.
Documentation Framework Development: Rapidly design and
implement frameworks for organizing managing and
facilitating continuity processes for document repositories
utilizing platforms like SharePoint Confluence or Wiki
frameworks.
Agile Team Leadership: Facilitate Agile methodologies within
project teams ensuring efficient sprint planning execution
and retrospective processes.
Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate program
status risks and dependencies to stakeholders at all levels.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process
improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
and quality.
Tool Administration: Administer and optimize our Atlassian
suite (particularly Jira) to support program management and
team collaboration.
Best Practices: Establish and maintain best practices for
documentation knowledge management and AI tool
utilization.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a
related field.
5 years of experience in Technical Program Management with
a focus on software development or documentation initiatives.
PMP certification or equivalent experience demonstrating
strong program management principles.
Intermediate to expert experience with the Atlassian suite
(Jira is essential).
Demonstrated experience leveraging LLMs and other AI tools
for documentation and knowledge management.
Proficiency in SharePoint Confluence or Wiki platforms for
document repository management.
Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban).
Excellent communication interpersonal and collaboration
skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
simultaneously.
Proactive and results-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python) for
automation tasks.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
Experience with knowledge-centered support (KCS) principles.
