Spa Desk Coordinator The Portland Regency Hotel & Spa Old Port District
The historic The Portland Regency Hotel & Spa is seeking a friendly organized and guest-focused Spa Desk Coordinator to join our team. Located in the heart of Portlands Old Port our hotel features a full-service spa fitness center and multiple dining outlets providing a relaxing and upscale experience for both guests and members.

Schedule: AM and PM shifts weekends a must holiday availability full-time position (30 hours)
Full-Time benefits include Medical Dental Life and Short-Term Disability insurances Holidays and PTO. Part-Time benefits include Sick Time. All employees receive HHA Discounts Fitness Center use Uniform Parking and Employee Meal. 401k plan with a match after one year.
What Youll Do
As the Spa Desk Coordinator you will be the welcoming face of our spa ensuring guests and members receive attentive and professional service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greet and check in spa guests and fitness members
- Schedule spa reservations and manage bookings
- Process spa service charges retail sales and gift certificates
- Promote spa memberships services and products
- Maintain accurate records using spa management software
- Assist with opening and closing procedures including cash handling
- Support spa operations by maintaining cleanliness linens and guest amenities
- Assist with basic fitness center and Jacuzzi upkeep
- Provide professional support to guests and resolve concerns as needed
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 months of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Comfortable with computers and multi-line phone systems
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional positive and team-oriented attitude
Work Environment
This role involves sittingstanding walking guest interaction and occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. The spa environment is typically quiet relaxing and guest-focused.
