Project Coordinator (Internship Role)

Job Summary
ATC is seeking a motivated and analytical professional with an MBA (or equivalent business experience) to join our team as a Project Coordinator. This is a business-focused role (not technical) centered on strategic thinking project coordination resource optimization and transforming data into actionable insights.
You will work closely with the Head of Talent & Resources to map organizational resources-including personnel skills capacity and budgets-while supporting project tracking and optimizing allocation decisions. A key part of this role involves building and maintaining clear visual dashboards and reports to guide leadership decision-making.
This role is designed as a structured internship-to-hire opportunity with strong long-term potential.
Program Structure
Duration: 1 to 6 months internship
Months 1 3: Unpaid internship phase (learning-focused with structured mentoring and observation)
Months 3 6: Paid internship phase with increasing responsibility
Opportunity: Strong potential for full-time conversion based on performance and business needs
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Head of Talent & Resources to inventory analyze and forecast resource capacity and allocation needs
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize utilization capacity project pipelines and bottlenecks
Track active and upcoming projects and support project portfolio oversight
Recommend resource allocation adjustments aligned with business priorities
Participate in cross-functional discussions to ensure effective resource alignment
Identify inefficiencies in current processes and suggest data-driven improvements
Prepare clear business-focused presentations and documentation for leadership
Build a strong understanding of organizational operations while contributing meaningful insights
Required Qualifications
MBA (completed or in progress) or equivalent experience in Business Operations or related field
1 year experience in resource planning project coordination business analysis or similar roles
(Recent MBA graduates with relevant internships/projects are encouraged to apply)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to business impact
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational ability and capacity to manage multiple priorities
Technical & Tools
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with dashboarding/visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Ability to translate data into clear business insights (not technical development)
Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude (training can be provided)
