Key Responsibilities

Patient Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact managing patient check-ins and appointments with professionalism and care.
EHR & Scheduling: Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and patient scheduling software is essential.

What Were Looking For

Experience: Previous experience in Vision Care is a must. Additional experience in insurance billing is a plus.
Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.
Proficiency in math for billing and insurance purposes.
