Job Description
Circle K isseekinga highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager Digital Merchandising tojoin our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in developing and driving digital merchandising strategies across our core product categories ensuring an exceptional digital shopping experience for our customers(kiosks mobile ordering in-store digital solutions). The ideal candidate will have a strongtrack recordofworking in a product-centric operating model within the convenience industry and a talent for inspiring collaboration across multiple teams to deliver tangible results.
WHAT YOULL DO:
Develop and execute digital merchandising strategies in alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams includingmerchandising product managementmarketingand operations to ensure a cohesive and effective digital merchandising plan.
Analyze customer data and market trends tooptimizedigital experiencecontentand promotions.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of merchandising initiatives andidentifyareas for improvement.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the digital merchandising strategy.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital merchandising e-commerceconvenienceor a related field with a focus onfood productspreferred.
Proventrack recordof developing and executing successful digital merchandising strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiencyin e-commerce platforms digital marketing tools and analytics software.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
