Senior Global Operational Excellence Manager OPEX

Make your mark on Allergy by embedding Operational Excellence across ALK. We are on a mission to make life with allergies simpler and Product Supply (PS) you will play a pivotal role in the Allergy strategy especially the optimize component by leading the standards network and culture that turn continuous improvement into daytoday results across our global sites.

The position
As Senior Global Operational Excellence Manager OPEX you will set the standard own the global OPEX framework and ensure consistent ways of working across all PS sites and functions. You connect the network and orchestrate a biweekly Global OPEX Network to share best practice tackle common challenges and accelerate improvements and you prove the value by running a continuous stakeholderaligned value capture process to demonstrate the impact of OPEX efforts. You turn insight into action lead global analyses (e.g. value stream mapping scrap) and coach sites to convert findings into sustained improvements.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Facilitate the Global OPEX Networkdrive cadence exchange of ideas and bestpractice sharing across sites.
• Define strategic direction and initiatives for Operational Excellence secure endorsement and coordinate implementation.
• Run a continuous value capture process with key stakeholders (e.g. local OPEX Finance Procurement) to transparently demonstrate value creation.
• Keep global OPEX training content freshupdate materials add case studies and develop new content based on needs.
• Lead the annual Global OPEX Awards endtoend in collaboration with sites.
• Collect and showcase best practices from across sites and embed them into training and case material.
• Develop and maintain ALKs OPEX presence (e.g. homepage/intranet) as the goto hub for standards training and success stories.
• Support digital solutions for OPEXbuild/enhance reporting and insights in Power BI and related platforms.
• Lead agreed global OPEX analyses and projects; act as a sparring partner for local OPEX initiatives.
• Drive scrap analysis with sites and follow up on reduction roadmaps to ensure delivery and sustainability of results.

Your profile
You bring extensive experience leading Operational Excellence in a global organization with a strong track record of handson Lean deployment in manufacturing/supply settings. Moreover bring:

• Proven ability to set and govern a common OPEX framework lift maturity across sites and drive crossfunctional adoption.
• Profound facilitation and change-leadership skills being comfortable coaching at the shop floor and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience running a continuous value capture approach with stakeholders to evidence benefits.
• Digital fluency in Power BI and the Microsoft Power Platform/SharePoint for reporting and knowledge sharing.
• Formal Lean/Operational Excellence certifications or training (e.g. Lean/Kaizen/TPM Six Sigma).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel regularly to PS sites in Europe and the USA.

This position is based at our Headquarter in Hørsholm Denmark. You will be travelling regularly to PS sites in Europe and the USA and therefore are expected to have willingness and flexibility to do so.
