As aKey Account Manager Vision Caresupporting ourVision Care Sales & Sales Support team you will be trusted to work onstrategic account developmentandlongterm customer partnershipswithin yourassigned regional territory. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a defined customer portfolio while developing into a broader commercial and strategic role over time.
In this role a typical day will include:
Collaborating with key customers and internal partners to solve commercial and patientjourney challenges.
Managing and growing a defined portfolio of Vision Care accounts through solutionoriented relationshipdriven engagement.
Developing and executing medium to longterm account plans to achieve sales targets and strengthen Alcons market position.
Preparing negotiating and managing commercial agreements and contracts.
Analyzing account performance market trends and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and guide business decisions.
WHAT YOULL BRING TO ALCON
A degree in Business Marketing Life Sciences or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in sales account management or customerfacing rolesideally within healthcare medical devices or FMCG.
Strong commercial mindset with the ambition to grow into a strategic key account role.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
A proactive customercentric approach with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
Fluency in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is a strong asset.
