Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Experience: 3-4 Yrs
Key Responsibilities
• Execute day-to-day marketing activities across digital and offline channels
• Support on-page SEO tasks including keyword placement content optimization and basic performance tracking
• Ideate and coordinate LinkedIn content (posts carousels calendars resharing plans)
• Work closely with the design team to exchange ideas and assist with PPT formatting and final refinements
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales technical HR) for marketing requirements
• Prepare and maintain lists and marketing plans using Excel (events leads campaigns content trackers)
• Research and list relevant industry events awards PR opportunities and platforms
• Conduct basic market and competitor research
• Track activities timelines and outcomes using structured Excel sheets
• Support employer branding hiring campaigns and walk-in drives
Required Skills
• Strong written and coordination skills
• Strong working proficiency in PowerPoint Excel and Word with experience in maintaining structured documentation trackers and planning sheets
• Understanding of digital marketing and SEO fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn content execution
• Basic exposure to design tools (Canva / Figma / Adobe – added advantage)
Good to Have
• Experience in B2B AEC Engineering or IT services marketing
• Familiarity with any CMS platforms
• Exposure to Google Analytics / Search Console
• Basic knowledge of paid campaigns or marketing tools
