Job Summary

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Admin Coordinator to manage the day-to-day administrative and accounting operations of our India office based in Trivandrum Kerala.

The role requires strong coordination with the Dubai Main Office to ensure accurate reporting smooth workflow integration and compliance with company policies accounting standards and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative and basic accounting functions of the India office.
  • Maintain accurate financial records including invoices expense tracking and petty cash management.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports to the Dubai administrative office in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate closely with the Dubai team to ensure adherence to company policies and financial procedures.
  • Assist in payroll processing employee attendance tracking and HR documentation support.
  • Manage office administration including supplies vendor coordination and service providers.
  • Support onboarding documentation and general HR administrative tasks when required.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of financial and employee-related information.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for audit and reporting purposes.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Accounting Business Administration or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in accounts and/or administrative roles preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel Word and Outlook.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with international teams (IndiaUAE).
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated responsible and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Mandatory: Strong understanding of Govt. Labour laws Indian accounting practices and GST regulations.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in construction consultancy or engineering firms is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Professional attitude with strong work ethics and reliability.
