Job Summary
Core Responsibilities
Technical Support: Assist the IT team in troubleshooting hardware software and network connectivity issues for end-users.
System Maintenance: Support the deployment of workstations including OS imaging software installation and hardware configuration.
Asset Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and assist HRD with the technical onboarding/offboarding process for employees.
Project Assistance: Contribute to ongoing IT infrastructure projects such as server migrations security audits or documentation updates.
Administrative Support: Maintain clear records of technical issues and solutions within the companys ticketing system.
