Job Description:

This role focuses on owning and improving business-critical applications used in day-to-day Finance operations.

We are looking for a Software Developer with strong Power Platform experience to support and evolve internal systems. These are high-usage systems where accuracy stability and performance directly impact business operations.

You will work closely with existing applications; understanding how they are built diagnosing issues and delivering improvements over time. This is a hands-on role focused on system ownership debugging and continuous enhancement rather than building from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

Own and enhance applications built on Power Apps and Power Automate ensuring stability performance and scalability.

Work deeply with existing systems; debugging issues implementing enhancements and continuously improving reliability.

Manage and optimize MS SQL / relational databases to maintain data integrity and system performance.

Support backend/web components ( / Python) where needed to enable system improvements.

Take ownership of support tickets and deliver solutions within defined timelines minimizing disruption to business operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system continuity proper documentation and knowledge sharing.

A Bit About You

At least 3 years of development experience with strong hands-on exposure to Power Platform.

Comfortable working on existing systems (maintenance debugging enhancements); not just greenfield builds.

Solid foundation in coding and database concepts.

Able to learn systems quickly and become independently productive within a short ramp-up period.

Structured reliable and able to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Exposure to / Python or AI tools is a plus.
