NextGen Hospitality Solutions is on the lookout for a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our upscale casual dining team in Orlando. This full-time on-site position offers a fantastic opportunity to manage operations in a vibrant restaurant environment ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our guests.
As a Restaurant Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations managing staff and driving customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with kitchen and service teams to maintain our standards of excellence and contribute to the restaurants success. This position also involves strategic planning and execution of service enhancements to meet the evolving needs of our clientele.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60000 - $70000 annually along with a comprehensive benefits package that promotes personal and professional growth in the dynamic restaurant industry.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a high standard of service
- Manage and train staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Implement and maintain restaurant policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Analyze financial reports to optimize operational efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of restaurant management best practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High school diploma; further education in hospitality management is a plus
