Description
NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for a Restaurant District Manager to join our team in Torrance. This full-time on-site position offers a fantastic opportunity to lead and manage multiple Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) within our growing portfolio. As a District Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence enhancing customer satisfaction and achieving financial goals across your district.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations ensuring compliance with company standards and fostering a positive work environment for our team members. Your leadership will directly contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional dining experiences while maximizing profitability. We offer a competitive salary range of $80000 - $90000 annually along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operations of 6 to 8 QSR locations within the district
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance and provide feedback
- Recruit train and mentor restaurant managers and staff
- Analyze financial reports and develop action plans to enhance performance
- Foster a positive and engaging team culture across all locations
- Implement marketing initiatives to boost local store sales
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry with at least 2 years in a multi unit role
- Strong knowledge of QSR operations and best practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in financial management and budgeting
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel within the district as needed
