Job Summary

Requirements
- Lead the successful Hammond branch and build on existing operational performance.
- Mentor develop and empower warehouse managers the dispatcher and delivery professionals to reach their full potential.
- Oversee dispatch inside and counter sales warehouse operations and delivery to maintain efficiency and excellence.
- Work closely with the inside sales team to support customer relationships and drive branch growth.
- Meet with customers and vendors after hours to build strong relationships and support branch growth.
- Allocate tasks to enhance team members skills while maximizing productivity.
- Monitor reporting and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Lead sales activities and collaborate with the inside sales team to grow market share.
- Manage branch P&L and budget in coordination with the CFO and Senior Director of Operations.
- Foster a culture of trust respect and teamwork while recognizing and celebrating team achievements.
- Conduct performance reviews evaluations and development plans for your team.
- Organize team events to reinforce culture and alignment with company values.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and maintain a safe work environment for all team members.
