Job Summary

This is a remote position.

  • Collect and verify employee times from AroFlo.
  • Cross-check against vehicle time tracker records.
  • Input verified hours accurately.
  • Flag any unusual or inconsistent times for review.
  • Review supplier invoices via online portals or central cloud storage (e.g. Galvins Reece Bunnings subcontractors) daily.
  • Flag any bills exceeding budget and pass them to the Purchase Order creator.
  • Maintain a single central source of information and reduce duplicate entries.
  • Ensure all records are accurate up-to-date and easily retrievable.
  • Update systems in line with reviewed and approved Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Allow time to become familiar with internal software processes and workflows.
  • Assist with general bookkeeping tasks as needed to support the finance team.
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.


Requirements

  • Strong background in bookkeeping.
  • Experience with AroFlo and/or BEAMS is highly advantageous.
  • Experience with payroll timesheet checking preferably in a trade environment.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Experience with accounts payable invoice processing and data management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
