Job Responsibilities:

Maintain and enhance an on-premises Tomcat/Java J2EE product.
Address performance tuning dependency updates and security improvements.
Diagnose and resolve Java out-of-memory issues and analyze dump files.
Provide exceptional support to customers in the field troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless transition and support for cloud offerings.

Technical Skills Required

Languages & Frameworks:

Java
Struts
Hibernate

Server & Tools:

Tomcat
Windows SQL Server
InstallShield

Key Competencies:

Performance tuning and optimization.
Experience with dependency updates and security best practices.
Proficiency in handling Java out-of-memory conditions and dump file analysis.
Strong customer support skills for field-based deployments.

Requirements
