Step into a unique and rewarding leadership role as a Food & Beverage Manager supporting Holsworthy Barracks. This position offers the opportunity to lead front-of-house operations across two Defence sites working closely with your team to deliver high-quality service in a structured purpose-driven environment.

The Position:

Fixed term contract covering maternity leave

* Lead coach and inspire front-of-house teams across daily service operations
Drive a positive team culture focused on accountability engagement and service excellence
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements food safety standards and service expectations
Oversee rostering workforce planning and people management to support smooth operations
Lead by example with a hands-on visible leadership style

The Person:

Proven hospitality leadership experience including people management and rostering
Strong knowledge of food safety HACCP and allergen management
Confident communicator with the ability to motivate and develop teams
Comfortable working independently while partnering with the Site Operations Manager
Current drivers licence and reliable transport to travel between sites
