What will you be responsible for As a Digital Construction Manager youll be working within the Digital Construction team supporting them in delivering projects with consistent digital excellence. Your day to day will include: Managing and implementing ISO 19650 information management processes across projects ensuring compliance with industry standards Supporting project teams with digital tools workflows and best practices to enhance collaboration and efficiency Monitoring software utilisation and maturity helping teams embrace new technologies Building relationships with stakeholders and supply chain partners to drive digital adoption Providing mentoring and leadership to Digital Construction Coordinators What are we looking for This role of Digital Construction Manager is great for you if: You have excellent communication skills and can build positive working relationships You have good understanding of ISO 19650 and experience with BIM processes Youre enthusiastic about using new technologies to improve traditional construction methods You enjoy sharing knowledge and nurturing others development Were all about finding potential here at Kier and transferrable skills are always welcome!
