We are looking for a Salesforce Lead who will take technical ownership of Salesforce-centric projects designing high-level architectures and integration patterns that power advanced clienteling tools.
In this role you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution collaborating closely with developers DevOps engineers administrators technical architects and key stakeholders to deliver scalable secure and high-performing solutions on the Salesforce platform while maintaining clear and rigorous technical documentation.
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years of Salesforce ecosystem experience with at least 2 years in a Senior role.
Technical Skills:
- Expert proficiency in Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Rest API.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Clouds (Sales Service Experience or Industry Clouds).
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns (Pub/Sub CDC Platform Events).
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Salesforce DX Git Gearset) and modern CI/CD workflows.
- Tools: Proficiency in Jira Confluence Git
- Bonus Skills: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Application/System Architect certifications; experience with MuleSoft or Tableau.
- Attributes: Analytical thinker strong communicator and a team player dedicated to building maintainable enterprise systems.
