Technical Lead Execution Lead

We are looking for a Technical Lead / Execution Lead who will act as the driving force behind the execution and technical leadership of the project.

This role is responsible for translating strategy into tangible progress ensuring alignment between technical execution and project direction. It is a hybrid role combining team coordination with hands-on execution of operational infrastructure (deployment gateway environments) under the mentorship and guidance of the Infrastructure Director.

This is a fast-paced environment where requirements evolve quickly requiring autonomy adaptability and strong leadership.

Requisitos

Experience:

• 4 years of experience in software development
  
• 2 years coordinating small to mid-sized technical teams
  
• Experience integrating enterprise systems (ERP CRM)
  
• Experience working in complex dynamic projects
  

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience in architecture design (graph-based systems and agent logic is highly valued)
  
• Hands-on experience with Docker gateway management and cloud deployments
  
• Solid understanding of infrastructure and deployment environments
  
• Experience leading technical teams in fast-paced environments
  

Soft Skills:

• Ability to work autonomously without constant supervision
  
• Strong leadership skills to motivate teams and maintain execution pace
  
• Comfortable working in evolving fast-changing environments
  
• Problem-solving mindset focused on finding solutions (how to make it happen)
  

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain execution environments gateway systems and update mechanisms following Infrastructure leadership guidelines
  
• Coordinate and align backend developers ensuring technical and operational cohesion
  
• Identify and resolve technical or infrastructure blockers affecting team progress
  
• Make decisions on architecture flows and state management ensuring alignment with defined logic
  
• Define and structure tasks in phases where requirements are not fully detailed
  
• Report directly to Project Leadership providing progress updates improvement proposals and solutions to deviations
