Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain client relationships through professional and consistent monitor of phone/email
- Monitor phone service and identify opportunities to improve call performance and reduce call time
- Ensure that team is kept updated with any client-specific concerns that may affect company relations
- Transfer CSR knowledge to team members and allow them to help manage client relationships
- Ensure all email/calls are handled quickly appropriately and professionally escalating the customer experience as necessary
- Communicate documentation discrepancies to client and Freight Payment leadership. This may require additional communication with the customer
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of customer service experience Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Accurate and rapid data entry Proven organizational skills
- Experience with data analysis & customer disputes with strong emphasis on problem resolution
- Typing 50 wpm with 10 key accuracy along with strong proofreading ability
- Strong attention to detail data management and skills in supply chain and billing environment preferred
- Basic-to-Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite preferred. Intermediate Outlook/Word mandatory
Preferences:
- Logistics experience preferred
- Understanding of FreitRater rates contracts and audit process
