Regional Sales Manager m/f/d (Rheinland-Pfalz Saarland)
The Opportunity
This position works out of ourregion Saarbruecken Trierin the Abbott Diabetes Care - Abbott GmbH. Were focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. Were revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.
Your Tasks:
- Achieving or overachieving sales and market share targets KPIs as defined anddriving profitable growth in the assigned region (in alignment with Area &Nationalstrategyand goals)
- Leading a team of 8-12 direct reports (Sales Representatives)
- Ensures that all activities are performed in compliance with qualitysystemrequirements
- Driving profitable growth in the assigned region
- Driving profitable revenue growth through volume account andexpensemanagementboth through market share gain market and account analysis
- Ensure the delivery of targets through individual recognition performance reviewpeople management and reward
- Successful implementation of country product launches
Your Qualification:
- Post graduate diploma or University degreeand 3-5 years leadership experience
- 3-5 years experience in either Pharma or Medical Device
- Strong knowledge of competitive and diabetes technology landscape
- Proven ability to work as a RSM with KOLs in the Healthcare segment
- Fluent in German and good in English language
- Experience in leading high-performance teams
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Very engaging strong motivational
