We are looking for an intern to join the investment team this summer in our Berlin office.
Tasks
Screening and evaluating new investment opportunities across our deal pipeline
Supporting commercial and financial due diligence on potential targets
Developing investment materials and contributing to deal structuring
Operational support at both holding and portfolio company level
Exploring new sectors and helping build investment theses
Building and improving AI-driven workflows across the investment process and portfoliooperations
Requirements
Enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters programme in Business Finance Economics or a related discipline
Strong analytical thinking with an eye for detail and a good grasp of financial statements
Confident and proactive user of modern AI tools you stay on top of whats new and know how to apply it
Initial practical experience in PE M&A investment banking or consulting is a plus but not required
Proactive hands-on and comfortable working independently
Fluent in German and English
