Job Summary

Role	Sub Product Owner

Location	Chennai
Experience:	9-12 Years
What awaits you/ Job Profile	Understand and evaluate the product requirements from stakeholders markets etc. And be capable to convert them into product backlog items comprehensible for feature team executions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Developers Business PDOs and QAs) to ensure that the product meets customer needs and is delivered on time and within budget. Realistically evaluate the product scope decision to enable product release in alignment with technical architects and readjusting the product backlog. Self-initiative towards removing impediments for the development of the product. Acting as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders (e.g. Business PDO Product PDO & feature team) on matters related to the product delivery. Ensure with the Agile Master the implementation of Agile Working Model with strict adherence and sustaining process and standards to enable high efficiency. Able to measure performance with the Feature teams.
What should you bring along	Have the capabilities to lead feature teams as a servant leader and in constant alignment with the disciplinary lead. Writing specifications in agile working toolchain. Capabilities to evaluate and enable releases of products. Capability to continuously monitor the products performance and gathering feedback from end users and stakeholders using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and prioritize future improvements. Capability to maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape emerging trends and new technologies that may impact the products success. Maintain close collaboration with the business counterpart to align on requirements and priorities.
Must have technical skill	Usage of Agile Working toolkit like JIRA Confluence PowerBI etc. In-Depth understanding of Software Lifecycle management including SW-Development capabilities and cloud computing capabilities. Proven achievements in hands-on experience in project management.
Good to have technical skills	Programming skills in JAVA. Cloud computing certifications. Solution architectural achievements. Excellent communication skills with IT relevant terms and standards.
