As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner you will take ownership of clinician recruitment across a portfolio of clinics within your region.
You will work closely with operational leaders to understand workforce needs develop hiring strategies and deliver high-quality dentists and clinicians to the right practices.
This is not a transactional recruitment role. It is a strategic talent partnering role combining proactive sourcing workforce planning and stakeholder leadership.
You will be supported by specialist sourcing functions and talent intelligence capabilities while maintaining ownership of end-to-end recruitment outcomes for your region.
What Youll Actually Be Doing
Regional Recruitment Ownership
Manage end-to-end clinician recruitment for your portfolio of clinics
Partner with regional and clinical leaders to understand workforce demand and growth plans
Build hiring strategies aligned to regional workforce needs
Strategic Talent Partnering
Act as the trusted advisor to operational leaders on recruitment strategy
Provide market insights on clinician supply remuneration trends and availability
Influence hiring decisions to ensure the best clinician-practice fit
Proactive Talent Pipelines
Work with sourcing specialists to build domestic and international candidate pipelines
Develop curated talent pools aligned to future workforce demand
Maintain strong engagement with prospective clinicians
Candidate Experience & Representation
Represent Abano and our partner clinics to prospective clinicians
Manage candidate engagement through the recruitment process
Support clinicians through offer onboarding and relocation where applicable
Data-Driven Hiring
Track recruitment metrics and pipeline health across your region
Use data to improve hiring outcomes and forecast workforce needs
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes

Qualifications :
Experience in recruitment talent acquisition or talent partnering
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across a region
Strong commercial awareness and workforce planning capability
Excellent relationship-building and consultative skills
A proactive approach to sourcing and pipeline building
Comfort working with data recruitment systems and talent intelligence tool
