Wereseeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate willpossessstrong leadershipand interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders and ensure operational excellence. This role requires a proven ability to foster high-trust team cultures andmaintainstrategic alignment across production pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget and on quality.
- Develop and manageproject schedules budgets and resource allocation plans.
- Drivethe development roadmap andbacklogmanagementfor your teamto ensure alignment with our partnerstudios.
- Optimizeteam scope and capacity tomaintainsustainable production velocity.
- Facilitatediscussionsregardingscopemanagementandtasks prioritization.
- Manage project risks by developing and executing effective mitigation plans.
- Serveas the primary point of contact forpartners to manage expectationsand deliverableseffectively.
- Communicate project status risks and productionbottlenecksclearlyto all stakeholders and senior management.
- Build andmaintainstrong high-trust relationships with key stakeholders and project partners.
- Promote best practices in project managementmethodologyto improve overall team efficiencyand output quality.
- Foster a high-trust team culture and mentorProject Managers andProject Coordinatorstoward greater autonomy.
Qualifications
- At least5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the video game or a related industry.
- Proven ability to grasp technical workflows and coordinate effectively within a production group.
- Expertisein common Production methodologies (Agile Waterfall) as well as software (JiraFlow ExcelMiroProject Confluence or equivalents)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational & prioritization skills attention to detail processknowledgeand the ability to multi-task.
- Ability tomaintaincomposure and lead effectively under high-pressuresituations.
- Bachelorsdegree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Fluency in Mandarinpreferred.
