The Human Resources Administrator Asia Pacific (AP) plays a key support role within the regional HR team contributing to the delivery of core HR services across areas such as employee relations compensation benefits payroll talent management learning and development recruitment organizational development and training. This role supports the effective day operation of HR programs that enable TNCs people and mission.

The Human Resources Administrator AP supports the implementation and administration of HR programs policies and processes and serves as a resource to employees and managers at all levels on a wide range of HRrelated matters. This role may also act as a subject matter resource within specific HR disciplines and collaborates closely with members of the HR team to ensure consistent highquality service delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE

  • Responsible for maintaining accurate personnel records in Workday including processing new hire documentation data entry employment changes and maintaining online files as well as preparing onboarding materials and providing general administrative support.

  • Handle and safeguard highly sensitive employee data ensuring confidentiality accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee and manager inquiries providing guidance on HR processes and how they are executed on Workday and escalating issues as appropriate.

  • Support a defined HR process program or initiative within a specific functional area (e.g. recruiting learning and development or performance management).

  • Communicate and distribute HRrelated information to support coordination decisionmaking and problemsolving across teams.

  • Respond to routine and moderately complex inquiries with professionalism accuracy and a strong customerservice mindset.

The Human Resources Administrator Asia Pacific reports to the Human Resources Manager Asia Pacific.

What Youll Bring:

  • Associates degree HR professional certification or 4 years HR-related experience or equivalent combination.

  • Experience maintaining files processing paperwork data entry or related.

  • Experience responding to employee or customer inquiries.

  • Experience working with MS Office software and database software.

  • Experience and expertise demonstrated on Workday with the ability to utilize the platform efficiently in a complex HR environment.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience appreciated.

  • Solid knowledge of word processing database management and spreadsheet software with ability to construct and produce reports as well as analyzing metrics trends and data.

  • Basic understanding of fundamental HR concepts processes and services.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience managing a basic HR process and/or short-term project.
