Corporate Communication:Support the team in developing creative communication strategies and tools for various projects within HC Transformation.
Wellnessand engagement:Assistwith day-to-day activities related to wellnessand engagementinitiatives.
Culture Projects:Manage culture projects at the firm-wideandLoSlevel collaborating with other HC pillars or committees; Handle various culture projects manage project timelines and resources and lead specific parts of the projects as needed.
HC Transformation Day-to-Day:Manage and update the HC Transformation report on a regular basis with comfort in handling supporting administrative tasks coordination and documentation as.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Bachelors degree in communication Design PsychologyManagementor a related field
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience in Internal Communication Human Resources or related roles
Experience in social media administration event management and coordination with external stakeholders
Strong project management andorganisationalskills
Good understanding of communication and visual design; familiarity with Adobe tools (Illustrator Photoshop Premiere Pro) is an advantage
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills withproficiencyin English (written and spoken)
Selfmotivateddetailoriented analytical and able to work independently or as part of a team
