We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support endtoend recruitment activities across Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operational excellence candidate experience management and close collaboration with Talent Acquisition Partner Hiring Managers HR and Key Stakeholders.
You will play a critical role in interview coordination candidate engagement reference checks pre-employment assessment test and junior to earlycareer hiring particularly for engineering and technical roles.
Responsibilities / Tasks
Talent Acquisition Operations & Interview Management
- Manage and coordinate endtoend interview logistics including scheduling panel interviews across multiple time zones in SEA
- Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Partner with interview preparation calendar management and feedback collection.
- Managing KPI driven recruitment related activities ensuring the alignment with hiring roadmaps and timelines.
- Managing recruitment process and candidate recruitment journey (interview arrangements reference check pre-employment assessment test medical check arrangement personal data collections to onboarding).
- Ensure smooth coordination for virtual and onsite interviews
Candidate Management & Experience
- Own all candidate touchpoints ensuring timely communication followups and a positive candidate experience
- Track and manage candidate pipelines using an Applicant Tracking System (Workdays)
- Maintain accurate recruitment data interview status and hiring documentation
- Support offer preparation coordination and preonboarding activities (where applicable)
Junior & EarlyCareer Hiring
- Support recruitment for junior entrylevel fresh graduate and earlycareer engineering positions
- Assist with university hiring internship conversions and pipeline hiring initiatives (as needed)
- Conduct initial resume screening for junior roles based on defined hiring criteria
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Diploma degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or related field
- At least 2 years of related experience in Talent Acquisition Recruitment Coordination or HR operations
- Experience supporting highvolume or junior hiring is highly preferred
- Familiarity with SEA hiring cultures and stakeholder expectations is an advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills; comfortable handling multiple roles and stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
- Candidatecentric mindset with high attention to detail
- Comfortable working with Workdays and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Excel scheduling platforms)
- Able to work independently while collaborating with regional teams
- Proactive and handson execution style comfortable working with structured processes and documentation strong followthrough and ownership mentality adaptable to fastmoving hiring needs and changing priorities professional respectful and culturally sensitive communication style.
