Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma plus two (2) years of professional experience in a collateral custodial finance banking or accounting field.
Essential Functions:
Reviews loan documents for accuracy. Responsible for documenting communicating and taking action to resolve any omissions errors or inaccuracies in the loan data. Gathers sorts and prints reports in accordance with established procedures. Responsible for preparing and storing documents in physical and electronic files as required by regulations policies and procedures. Must have excellent communication skills work well both as a team and independently and have a strong attention to detail. Originates loan disbursements via wire ACH check etc. Posts disbursements and customer payments to respective loan accounts and handles new loan funding in loan accounting system. Handles setup and customer service of online banking accounts.
At the discretion of Alabama Ag Credit position may be offered at alternate titles and other business experience may be considered relevant.
