Supervise and coordinate bar staff during shifts ensuring compliance with company policies.
Act as Duty Manager under liquor licensing laws ensuring responsible service of alcohol.
Handle customer enquiries complaints and incidents professionally and promptly.
Open and close the bar manage cash handling and POS operations.
Monitor stock levels coordinate ordering and minimise wastage.
Maintain workplace health safety and hygiene standards.
Provide shift reports and communicate operational issues to senior management.
Wage $31.52 per hour
Qualifications :
Holds Duty Manager Certificate (mandatory).
1 years of relevant experience supervising bar or hospitality operations including staff management RSA compliance and customer service.
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
Certificate or diploma in hospitality business or related field preferred.
