Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION:
BACKGROUND
1. Abbott is the market leader for Adult Nutrition business in Thailand
2. Adult Nutrition Portfolio
a. Ensure: Complete and Balance Nutrition
b. Glucerna: Diabetic Nutrition
c. Nepro and Prosure: Therapeutic Nutrition
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop trade marketing strategies and execution plans of GT channel to achieve value & volume sales offtake market share and profit objectives in line with the overall business priorities
- Maximize Abbott Nutrition trade sales and margin revenue through the effective management and execution of trade marketing activities - ideation planning and budgeting execution and implementation of campaign activities point of sales materials and promotions including resource allocation with optimal management of resource mix
- Coordinate with Sales Marketing and other cross functional teams to create trade marketing campaigns including brand campaigns loyalty programs promotional activities that deliver customized value propositions
- Drive brand awareness and profitability through the execution of distribution merchandising promotion and pricing strategies and visibilities at end-consumer levels
- Lead execution and tracking process with cross functional team and external parties to deliver timely and quality report on reimbursement execution and activity distribution and visibility and other KPIs
- Secure necessary approvals and ensure business compliances inline with the company policies/compliance requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelors degree
Experience/Background
Experience : Minimum 5 yearsof experienced in trade marketing in FMCG with strong track record
