Ready to lead with purpose and support a team of talented Cosmetic Nurses across on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Clinical Nurse Manager to support our Aesthetic Injecting team across Victoria on a12-month Max Term parental leave cover. This full-time role is ideal for a values-led leader who thrives on mentoring others fostering clinical excellence and driving positive cultural impact.A bit about the role:As the Clinical Nurse Manager VIC youll provide clinical leadership training and support to our Aesthetic Nurses across the region. From onboarding and capability development to clinical troubleshooting and incident management youll ensure our injectors feel confident connected and closely with our National Clinical Manager Clinic Managers and industry partners youll also lead education maintain clinical standards and contribute to a strong culture of continuous responsibilities:Clinical Support and LeadershipAct as the first point of contact for clinical enquiries across VictoriaProvide guidance and feedback on clinical outcomes complaints and injector performanceProactively check in with new injectors and support their developmentLiaise with Nurse Practitioners on adverse events and patient careTraining and EducationDesign and deliver in-clinic and virtual education on clinical product and communication skillsIdentify injector development needs and coordinate bespoke training opportunitiesLead state-based training events in collaboration with suppliers and internal teamsMaintain accurate training records and development plansClinical Governance and SafetyMonitor clinical standards and protocol adherence across clinicsReinforce safety practices including infection control and patient assessmentChampion a blame-free culture that encourages incident reporting and learningSupport national initiatives to embed clinical governance frameworksAdministration and ReportingSubmit monthly activity reports and contribute to regular clinical meetingsMaintain up-to-date records of adverse events feedback and injector progressAssist with injector recruitment and onboarding including clinical assessments and training plansWhat youll need to succeed:AHPRA Registered Nurse with at least 3 years experience in cosmetic injecting or within the aesthetics sectorIdeally some leadership or mentoring experience across multiple clinic locationsStrong time management and organisation skills youll be on the move and managing competing prioritiesExcellent clinical knowledge coaching ability and a collaborative leadership styleTertiary qualifications in nursing are essential; additional leadership or education qualifications are highly regardedWhy join MediAestheticsWere committed to empowering confidence and connection through clinical excellence.
