| - Leading the conversation between developers testing team business analysts product owners and clients to prepare the testing strategy as part of SDLC
- Overseeing the design and execution of the test strategy in alignment with project goals and objectives
- Designing complex test scenarios to perform comprehensive testing of the application
- Overseeing the development of the automation testing framework along with test scenarios data and scripts
- Overseeing the setup and maintenance of testing environments including software hardware and network installations and configurations
- Defining test metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the testing strategy and identifying areas for improvement
- Conducting risk assessments to identify risks associated with testing such as test environments technical data and tools and regression risks
- Preparing comprehensive reports that provide a detailed overview of the testing scope objectives and test coverage results and metrics
- Conducting training sessions and workshops to train junior employees on testing best practices tools and frameworks

| - Knowledge of programming languages
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of test tools frameworks and procedures can help you prepare test strategies cases and data for your work.
- Being detail-oriented helps you identify and resolve bugs or issues that may have had severe consequences on the applications functioning.
- Having strong communication and collaboration skills can enable you to interact with developers clients and other key participants in ensuring the functionality effectiveness and reliability of the application.
