You will join the Interiors Component Development Site (CDSi). Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager your role is to support the deployment and monitoring of progress plans across our 3 sites. You will be the key person for tracking performance ensuring Apsys standards are followed and monitoring the Impact30 roadmap.
Purpose of the Job/Objective Assists the Continuous Improvement Manager in coordinating the progress roadmap and consolidating performance data for the Interiors Product Family.
Tracking Impact30 actions: Ensure development reduction targets are followed and updated across all projects.
Apsys support: Help site teams maintain their maturity level and prepare for audits.
KPI Consolidation: Centralize data from the 3 sites to provide a clear view of our global performance.
Process Harmonization: Support the implementation of common tools and methods across the sites.
Organisation Reporting
Reports to: Continuous Improvement Manager Interiors
Network & Links
Internal Interfaces: Site teams Engineering Quality Project Managers and local Apsys correspondents.
Performance Measurement
Accuracy and timeliness of Impact30 reporting.
Reliability of consolidated KPIs for the 3 sites.
Quality of support provided during Apsys self-assessments.
Monitor the Impact30 dashboard: follow up with project teams to ensure savings are correctly identified and tracked in the system.
Apsys Monitoring: help sites close their open issues and ensure standards are properly documented.
Data Management: gather and analyze monthly progress data to prepare reporting for the Product Family management.
Best Practice Sharing: identify efficient solutions on one site and help replicate them on the others.
Continuous Improvement Support: facilitate small-scale workshops (5S Problem Solving) when needed to boost local performance.
Minimum qualifications
Engineer or Business Degree with a first experience (or strong internship) in Industrial Excellence Lean or Project Coordination.
Basic knowledge of Lean tools (PDCA 5S Kaizen).
Excel Mastery: You are comfortable handling data and creating clear trackers.
Fluent English and French (written and spoken) are mandatory for international coordination.
Skills
Organized & Rigorous: You pay attention to detail especially in data reporting.
Good Communication: You can easily interact with different teams even remotely.
Proactive: You like to suggest improvements to existing tools and trackers.
Travels:
Occasional: A few times a year to the other Interiors sites for key milestones (audits specific workshops or team meetings).
