Skills and Competencies

• 6 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Financials including RAR SD and AR with strong SDRAR integration expertise.
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS 15 and ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
• Experience in RAR data conversions month-end close and BRF configuration.
• Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and cross-functional system integration.
• Experience supporting global implementations (AMER EMEA APAC) and SAP integrations with SFDC.
• ABAP/debugging skills preferred with strong documentation training capabilities and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices including risk management and ethical use.

Education

• Bachelors degree required.

Responsibilities

Role Support end-users and projects for SAP S/4 Hana Finance applications resolving issues and driving enhancements.

• Support SAP Finance functions including troubleshooting configuration maintenance and enhancements.
• Facilitate implementation and support of SAP S/4 Hana RAR SD and AR modules.
• Analyze complex business process requirements and provide system solutions.
• Conduct workshops to collect and map business requirements.
• Design customize configure and test RAR modules; identify gaps and solutions.
• Liaise with business users to troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
• Document functional designs test cases and results.
• Propose business process and system enhancements.
• Train coach and mentor SAP Super Users and business process leads.
• Scope and estimate business requirements for reports and application extensions.
• Perform hands-on configuration in SAP RAR module.
• Resolve service request tickets per agreed SLAs.
• Support deployment and post-production of applications.
• Participate in system and application upgrades and enhancements.
• Provide guidance to junior staff on user issues and project requests.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to users.
