Were seeking a compassionate and skilled Post Placement Support Consultant your role will be to monitor and provide post placement support to participants in employment identify barriers to ongoing employment and provide a solution focused approach to assist the participant in maintaining have excellent interpersonal and communication skills can work independently in challenging situations and are passionate about building positive relationships with stakeholders. Strong engagement skills self-motivation and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel will help you succeed in this impactful Looking for People Who:Demonstrated experience in meeting KPIs and ensuring compliance. Cultural competency and sensitivity with experience working in multicultural communication negotiation and interpersonal attention to detail and computer administration skills to effectively track and obtain documentary evidence for outcome claims High level customer centric approach and the ability to show empathy to job seekers and clients. Good working knowledge of local state and national labour organisational skills and ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
