The Group Hotel Financial Director leads and coordinates all finance activities across the hotel portfolio ensuring consistency accuracy and strong financial governance. This role provides strategic oversight of hotel-level finance functions drives standardisation and supports both current operations and future hotel integrations. Acting as a key link between property-level teams and ownership the position ensures high-quality financial reporting and robust internal controls across the group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight of hotel and cluster-level finance operations across the portfolio
  • Partner closely with on-property finance managers to ensure alignment and support
  • Develop implement and standardise finance processes policies and reporting frameworks
  • Review monthly financial statements forecasts and annual budgets
  • Ensure accuracy consistency and timeliness of all financial reporting
  • Maintain compliance with local regulations tax obligations and audit requirements
  • Establish and oversee strong internal control structures
  • Contribute to the holding / hotel business division functions
  • Consolidate financial results at group level
  • Prepare management reports and owner-level financial summaries
  • Support cash flow forecasting working capital management and cost optimisation
  • Provide financial analysis to guide operational and strategic decision-making
