Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and commercially minded MultiProperty Assistant Director of Group Sales to support and execute segmented sales strategies (group catering etc.) across relevant Marriott properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the leadership and execution of segment sales strategies to achieve revenue and guest satisfaction goals
- Drive group and catering business through proactive solicitation and sales activities
- Achieve personal and support team booking goals
- Participate in sales calls negotiations and business closing
- Prepare proposals contracts and manage customer correspondence
- Analyze market and sales data support forecasting and revenue projections
- Ensure compliance with all Marriott Brand Standards CSAT LiteAudit and ISRA requirements
- Deliver exceptional guest service before during and after events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers stakeholders and sales partners
- Represent the properties at client events trade shows and sales missions
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Business Marketing Hospitality or related field
- 3 years experience with a 2year degree or 1 years experience with a bachelors degree in sales & marketing
- Strong leadership communication and relationshipbuilding skills
- Proven ability to drive results in a fastpaced multiproperty environment
- Confident English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage)
